BIO
I am an independent curator, cultural critic and author based in Paris.

My work examines the role of technology in contemporary culture, with a focus on love and intimacy in the digital age, media histories and technologies in the anthropocene. I have curated exhibitions, published writing and given lectures on a broad range of topics in these areas, including data collection and surveillance, the commodification of desire, representation and identity, media ecologies and new materialism.

My travelling exhibition Data Dating has been presented in France, Israel and the UK. In the context of this exhibition, I co-edited an essay collection published by Intellect: "Data Dating. Love, Technology, Desire" (2021).

My research about dating continues with the exhibition SWIPE RIGHT! Data, Dating, Desire I curated at iMAL, Brussels in 2021, with TECHNO ROMANCE I presented in Geneva in 2022 and DATA DATING DESIRE in Brescia, Italy.

In 2022 I started a research on the phenomenon of Internet-based frauds through dating websites and published “The New Romance Scammer’s Instructor”, a collection of original Ghanaian romance scammers’ messages that I edited in a book.

I am one of the 2022 residents of the European Program BEYOND MATTER - Cultural Heritage on the Verge of Virtual Reality at Tirana Art Lab (Albania). I produced the work “Her Boyfriend Came Back from the War. And They Never Spoke About it Again”, an Augmented Reality project based on the story and photo archive of my grandfather during WWII.

I received a Fluxus Art Projects Grant 2022 for my curatorial research about the Computer Dating.

Since 2021 I collaborate as a guest curator with peer-to-space, an independent exhibition platform based in Berlin, that realizes virtual and IRL exhibitions.

From 2011-21, I was associate director and curator at Galerie Charlot Paris – Tel Aviv, a contemporary art gallery focusing on digital art, where I curated more than twenty exhibitions with internationally renowned artists, such as Quayola, Eduardo Kac, Sabrina Ratté, Manfred Mohr, !Mediengruppe Bitnik and Addie Wagenknecht.

I have given talks about love and technology at ZKM (Karlsruhe), Watermans Art Centre (London), Université Paris VIII (Paris), Accademia di Brera (Milan) and PSL (Paris), among others.

I am a co-founder of SALOON Paris, an international and diverse network of women identifying art professionals, in Paris and many other cities.

I regularly write texts for artists, art galleries and institutions, featured in catalogues, books and the press.
